Brentford vs Bournemouth Prediction
These teams are close in the table with Brentford 12th with 13 points and Bournemouth 10th with 15 points but it’s the Cherries in some of their best form right now after a 2-1 win over Arsenal, 1-1 draw with Villa and 2-1 win over Man City.
Only Wolves games have seen a higher average GPG at 4.1 than the 3.9 for Brentford. In all comps they’ve scored in 12/13, conceded in 12/13 and the BTTS is 11-2 and on a 10-0 run. They’ve also yet to lose at home in the EPL.
Last season they drew 2-2 and Brentford won 2-1 and the Bees have scored 2 goals vs Bournemouth in 3 straight.
Bournemouth is flying but the only game Brentford didn’t score in this season was away to Liverpool in August.

Brighton vs Man City Prediction
Man City is no longer the lock to through into moneyline parlays after losing 2-1 to Tottenham in the Carabao Cup, 2-1 to Bournemouth in the EPL and then 4-1 to Sporting in this week’s UCL. It’s the first time they’ve lost 3 straight since 2018 and they’ve never lost 4 in a row ever under Pep.
You always count on them to score but they’ve conceded in 12/17 games in all comps this season.
Brighton has conceded plenty themselves lately in a 2-2 draw, 3-2 loss and 2-1 loss in all comps. They’ve now given up multiple goals in 7/8 but overall have scored in 8 straight and 12/13 season matches.
Man City did win 2-1 and 4-0 last year and are 5-1-0 in 6 meetings and 13-1-1 in 15 so they have owned Brighton but I’m not sure they can be trusted right now. So it’s tough to buck that trend. But the Seagulls still haven’t lost at home with 9 goals in 5 games so let’s bet on goals from both.

Augsburg vs Hoffenheim Prediction
Augsburg have scored in 5 straight in all comps and at home have scored in 20/23. They’re only 11th but have lost just 1/4 recent league games and will be fresh being off this week while Hoffenheim played in the UEL.
In the UEL Hoffenheim played out a high-scoring 2-2 draw with Lyon and have been decent in that competition at 1-2-1.
But domestically they’re just 2-2-5 and now 16th after losing 2-0 at home to the newly-promoted St. Pauli last week. They’re winless away from home and have conceded in 3/4.
Only 3 times in 50 Bundesliga games have Hoffenheim kept a clean sheet so let’s bet on Augsburg scoring.

Stuttgart vs Eintracht Frankfurt Prediction
Last year Stuttgart won 2-1 and 3-0. There’s been 3+ goals in 5/6 and the BTTS is 8-1 in recent games.
Both were in action this week. Stuttgart in the UCL lost 2-0 to Atalanta, the 2nd game in a row they’ve been shut out, drawing Leverkusen 0-0 last week. But, they’ve scored in 13/16 overall matches this season.
And Frankfurt in the UEL beat Slavia Prague 1-0. They trounced Bochum 7-2 last weekend with 6 different scorers and a brace from Hugo Ekitike, and in all comps this season are 10-3-2, only failing to score once back in August. Overall the BTTS is 11-4. Only 2 Bundesliga games have not cashed that prop.
In the Bundesliga Stuttgart is 7-2 to Over 2.5 and their games average 3.7 GPG, while Frankfurt is 6-3 to the Over and their games average 4.1 GPG.

Real Sociedad vs Barcelona Prediction
Sociedad’s games are close with them both scoring and conceding only 10 goals on the season in 12 games. That’s poor offensively, but only Atletico Madrid with 7 goals and Mallorca with 9 conceded have given up fewer. Sociedad sit mid-pack in 11th and will look to slow down the juggernaut that is Barcelona.
Barca is 1st, 11-0-1 and have outscored opponents 40-11.
They come in off a beatdown of Red Star in the UCL where they won 5-2, had 4 different scorers and a brace from Lewandowski, just one of many recent impressive wins. In all comps they’ve won 7 straight, scored 3+ in all 7 and outscored opponents 29-5. To further illustrate it they alone have scored 5, 3, 4, 4, 5, 3 and 5 goals in those games.
The way Barca is playing they should win and probably score a couple of goals, but it is a short week and on the road. Still, last year they won this fixture 1-0 and 2-0 and have scored vs Sociedad in 20 straight meetings.

Chelsea vs Arsenal Prediction
At Stamford Bridge they drew 2-2 last year but then Arsenal smashed the Blues 5-0 in the next meeting. The Gunners haven’t failed to score vs Chelsea in 5 games, but they have failed to score this season in each of their last 2 games, losing 1-0 in Newcastle last weekend and 1-0 away to Inter Milan in the UCL on Wednesday. They’re 2-1-3 in all comps and despite playing a day earlier than Chelsea who played in the Conference League on Thursday, it’s likely Chelsea who is more rested.
The Blues rotated their squad like usual in the Conference League to face Armenia’s 4th place team Noah and still ran rampant winning 8-0 with 6 different scores and a brace each from Joao Felix and Christopher Nkunku.
In 17 games in all comps Chelsea has scored in 15 of them, and haven’t failed to score in an EPL game since Week 1 vs Man City.

Mallorca vs Atletico Madrid Prediction
Last year Atleti won 1-0 in both games and in fact the score has been 1-0 in 4/5 recent meetings, with the other two 1-0 scores being Mallorca wins on the island. Only once in 12 meetings have their been more than 3 goals.
Atleti comes off an impressive road win in Paris over PSG Wednesday winning 2-1. In La Liga they’re 3rd with just 1 loss, while Mallorca are 8th at 5-3-4.
These are the top 2 defensive teams giving up only 7 (ATM) and 9 (MAL). They’re also 1-2 in xGA as well.
Naturally, they’ve both been clear Under teams both being 8-4 to Under 2.5 totals, while Atleti’s games average 2.1 GPG and Mallorca’s 1.6, the 2nd fewest.
Mallorca is always tough on the island and at home are 5-1 to the Under an their games average the fewest goals, 1.2.
In their last 16 home games in all comps and going back to last season, they’ve given up more than a single goal only 3 times, but then scored more than 1 goal only twice.

Monza vs Lazio Prediction
18th Monza hosts the high-flying 5th Lazio who have scored the 3rd most goals in Serie A with 24 in 11 games.
Monza has won just 1 Serie A game all year, none of their past 3 and have only 1 clean sheet in 11.
Meanwhile, Lazio got a late 92’ minute winner from Pedro on Thursday in the UEL to beat Porto 2-1. In all comps it’s their 5th straight win, they’ve scored multiple goals in 12/15 matches this season and only got shut out away to Juve once.
It was 2 draws last year 1-1 and 2-2 and Lazio won both meetings the season prior when Monza returned to the top league.
