After a busy Champions League week, we’re back with this weekend’s soccer predictions and best soccer picks today in the EPL, Bundesliga, Serie A, & La Liga.
Soccer Picks and Parlays #1
Girona vs Levante Prediction
This is an ugly game, but one I think we can see some goals. Levante are 18th after losses of 2-1, 3-2 and 2-0 and then a 2-2 draw.
Girona are 20th after losses of 3-1, 5-0 and 2-0 and then a 1-1 draw.
So both are 4-0 to Over 1.5. And these are the bottom two worst defences in Spain.
- Soccer Picks Today: Over 1.5
Wolves vs Leeds Prediction
Wolves have scored 2 goals and Leeds just 1. Both just came off 1-0 losses, Leeds haven’t scored since Week 1 and Leeds have the fewest shots on target in the league with 7. They have at least onyl conceded 6 goals in 4 games and allowed the 3rd-fewest shots on target against with just 10. Only Crystal Palace and Liverpool (7) have allowed fewer.
In Wolves 1-0 loss last week, even the one goal came late and by an own goal.
- Soccer Picks Today: Under 3.5 (-450)
Verona vs Juventus Prediction
Verona haven’t won yet and have been outscored 5-1 in 3 games.
Juventus haven’t lost yet, winning all 3 and outscoring opponents 7-3. That’s the 2nd-most goals in Serie A so far. Last week they won a wild 4-3 game over Inter, then in mid-week hosted Dortmund in the UCL, went down 4-2 and stormed back to draw 4-4.
Juve won 3-0 and 2-0 last year, have not lost vs Verona in 7 and have scored in 25 straight matchups.
- Soccer Picks Today: Juventus to score
- Parlay Picks: GIR vs LEV over 1.5 / WOL vs LEED under 3.5 / JUV to score (-115)

Soccer Picks and Parlays #2
All Bundesliga on Saturday.
Hoffenheim vs Bayern Munich Prediction
Hoffenheim were almost relegated last season and Bayern played a port in that routing them 5-0 and 4-0. Hoffenheim are 1-1-7 v Bayern in 9.
This year Bayern have been perfect in Germany at 3-0-0, scoring 14 and allowing only 2. In the UCL, thye beat Chelsea 3-1 this week.
Hoffenheim are doing better than last year sitting in 6th at 2-0-1 and while they’ve scored 7, they allowed 6 in a 2-1 win, 3-1 loss and 4-2 win.
Going back into last season, Bayern have now scored 2+ goals in 11 straight Bundeslsiga games. There’s also been 3+ goals in 8 straight league games for Hoffenheim. In 8/10 competitive matches, Hoffenheim have also scored 2+.
- Soccer Picks Today: Bayern Munich over 1.5
Werder Bremen vs Freiburg Prediction
Freiburg took both meetings last year 1-0 and 5-0 and have clean sheets in 5/7 games between them.
This year Werder is slightly better after 3 rounds at 1-1-1 with a 4-1 loss, 3-3 draw and 4-0 win. 6 different players have scored. And the offense has been boosted with the debut of Victor Boniface off the bench last week.
Freiburg are 1-0-2 with 3-1 and 4-1 losses and then a 3-1 win. The win last week was looking unlikely, down 1-0 and not scoring until goals in the 81’, 86’ and a pk in the 92’. Two of those came from Matanovic.
That’s a ton of goals at both ends of the pitch for both at 5.0 and 4.3 GPG respectively in their matches and both being 3-0 to BTTS & Over 2.5 props.
- Soccer Picks Today
RB Leipzig vs Cologne Prediction
Despite just 3 goals scored, Leipzig are 7th at 2-0-1, but they’ve allowed 6. However, all 6 of those came Week 1 losing to Bayern. Since, they rebounded with 2-0 and 1-0 wins. The wins and clean sheets though have been vs Heidenheim and Mainz, two teams with 0 wins and just 1 goal scored each.
Newly-promoted Koln are rolling at 2-1-0 with 1-0, 4-1 wins and a 3-3 draw, though 2 of those goals came late in stoppage time. Sandwiched between their 4-1 win and 3-3 draw, was a massive 9-1 Pokal win over Schwarz-Weib Essen. Count all matches and going back to last season Koln have scored in 13 straight.
I think Leipzig should score at home, but the Billy Goats are firing right now.
- Soccer Picks Today: over 1.5 or btts
- Parlay Picks: BAY over 1.5 / WB vs FRE btts / RBL vs COL over 1.5 (+130) or BTTS (+214)
Soccer Picks and Parlays #3
Sunderland vs Aston Villa Prediction
Only 1 team has put fewer shots on target than Sunderland’s 8. Yet their shooting percentage is impressive, scoring on 5 of those shots. But 3 of those goals came in Week 1 and they’ve scored just 2 goals in their next 3. Defensively, they’ve given up only 3 goals and they’re 4-0 to Under 3.5.
Villa are also 4-0 to Under 3.5, having only allowed 4 goals, while being the only team still yet to score which is embarrassing. Their game’s have averaged 1 GPG. Villa have both 10 shots on target and only 10 shots allowed on goal. Their xG is only better than Wolves.
Going back into last season, Under 2.5 is 7-1 in Villa’s last 8.
- Soccer Picks Today: Under 3.5

Cremonese vs Parma Prediction
Newly-promoted Cremonese have started strong beating AC Milan 2-1, then Sassuolo 3-2, before drawing 0-0 with Verona last week.
It’s not been as good for Parma losing 2-0, drawing 1-1 and again losing 2-0. They’ve conceded in all 3, so I’ll back Cremonese simply to score while playing at home.
- Soccer Picks Today: Cremonese to score
Inter Milan vs Sassuolo Prediction
Inter are just 1-0-2, after an opening day 5-0 win, which then saw them then lose 2-1 and then 4-3 to Juve last week. But they bounced back in the UCL beating Ajax in Netherlands 2-0 with a brace from Thuram.
Inter will hope Martinez is rested and ready to go after sitting out the UCL with a back injury.
Sassuolo beat Lazio 1-0 at home last week, but lost 2–0 and 3-2 to Napoli and Cremonese before that.
This is a game you’d expect to Inter to win, but historically Sassuolo has been solid against them, winning 10/22 recent meetings, while only losing 2/9 at San Siro.
- Soccer Picks Today: Inter over 1.5
- Parlay Picks: SUN vs AV under 3.5 / CRE to score / INT over 1.5 (+137)
