This weekend we have 15 games, 13 on Saturday and 2 on Sunday. Let’s breakdown 7 of them for this weekend’s MLS predictions.
MLS Picks and Parlays #1
Philadelphia vs New England Prediction
The Union are 1st overall but have hit a bit of slide. After a 7-0 beatdown vs Vancouver last week, they then lost 3-1 in the USOC to Nashville mid-week. Philly have lost 3/5 games and scored multiple goals only once in those 5.
I think this should be a circle the wagons spot, at home and vs a struggling New England team where they look to get back in the win column and edge closer to clinching the Supporters’ Shield. The Union have only lost once at home all season in MLS at 10-4-1.
New England is 11th and 10 points back of the play-in spot in the East. This week they fired head coach Caleb Porter. The Revs are winless in 3, have 2 wins in 15 and 3 in 21. They’ve at least scored in 8/9 so maybe you could ask for the BTTS bet to hit if you think they’ll get some ‘new coach bump’ effect. But I think it’s too late in the season for that.
Philly won 2-0 in March and have won 5 straight vs New England by a combined 14-2 score.

Inter Miami vs DC Prediction
Miami are 6th and 8 points back of Philly but wuth 3 games in hand, they could possibly still be in the Supporters’ Shield race, but definitely are still in the hut for a home playoff spot being 1 point back of 4th.
These teams just played and with Miami rotating during Leagues Cup they drew 1-1.
After that game Miami won 3-1, then lost 3-0, 3-0 and ended that slide winning 3-1 lat weekend. Suarez is still suspended but Messi keeps rolling with a goal and assist vs Seattle last game. Those shutouts are rare for the Miami offense.
The BTTS bet for Miami is now recently 22-6 across their past 28 overall matches. The BTTS & Over 2.5 is 12-4. Miami has just 2 clean sheets in their past 28 overall matches as well. But they’ve scored in 13/17 since the CWC.
In all matches DC have only 2 wins in 21 games and 1 in 14. But, they’re undefeated in 4 with a 1-1, 1-1, 2-1 win and 1-1 draw. They’ve not gone 4 games undefeated since the first 4 weeks of the season. Still, they’ve conceded in 10 straight. DC is 3-3-9 and outscored 31-14 on the road.

MLS Picks and Parlays #2
Orlando vs Nashville Prediction
Orlando has slumped to 8th in the East, and are winless in 5 overall games after drawing DC 1-1 last week.
Orlando, usually plays in high-scoring games. BTTS bets are now 16-1 and 18-2. The BTTS & Over is 13-4. Only 1 time have they not scored in 26 games.
Nashville is 4th, but they too have been slumping wiht only 2 wins in 7, but they did win 3-1 over Philly in the US Open Cup this week. Only 1 time in 6 games have they not scored and 0 times in 7 have they kept a clean sheet. Surridge still leads the Golden Boot race with 21 goals, but just 1 ahead of Messi. He should come in full of confidence having scored a hat-trick mid-week.
This is the 3rd meeting this season. First Nashville won 3-2 in Orlando in MLS in May. And then. with Orlando rotating during Leagues Cup in August, Nashville whipped them 5-1 in Nashville.
- MLS Picks Today: Both to Score
SKC vs Vancouver Prediction
Vancouver just scored a touchdown on the league’s top team, Philly last week winning 7-0, which included a Muller hat-trick. Then they played Forge in the Canadian Championship and won 4-0. Muller was rested midweek but now has 4 goals in 2 games and scored on all 3 shots on target last game. At -300 for 1 shot on target, he’s a good SGP piece.
The Caps are 4 points back of San Diego for 1st in the West with 2 games in hand so can still catch them. The Caps have now won 3 straight, scoring 14 goqls in that time and have 1 loss in 7.
SKC are playing out the stretch 8 points back of the play-in spot so it’s very unlikely they get in. They have just 1 win 9 but their games are usually interesting with the BTTS bet going 5-0 and 14-2, and BTTs & Over 2.5 going 5-0. Their last 2 games are both 2-1 losses.
Vancouver won 3-0 this season, have won the last 3 meetings and have scored vs SKC in 9 straight.
- MLS Picks Today: Vancouver to score
Minnesota vs Chicago Prediction
The Loons lost to Austin in the US Open Cup this week, but they were 3–1-0 in the previous 4 and have only 4 losses in regulation in 17 overall matches. The Loons have scored in 10/11. The BTTS is 9-2.
Idan Toklomani has goals in 6/9, a hat-trick in his last game vs Miami and a shot on target or more in 7/8 MLS games.
The Fire have 0 clean sheets in 5 and only 2 in 20. They have 1 road clean sheet in any match all season. The Fire lost 3-1 to NYC last week but are 4-2-2 in recent weeks. Only once in 12 games have the Fire not scored.
- MLS Picks Today: Minnesota to score
- Parlay Picks: Could be ORL vs NAS btts / VAN score / MIN score (-105)

MLS Picks and Parlays #3
San Jose vs St. Louis Prediction
San Jose are 9th in the play-in spot, while St. Louis are 14th.
While St. Louis is brutal on the road at 2-2-11 and outscored by 13 goals, they did win in Montreal last week 2-0. That was their first win in 5, and their first clean sheet in 19 games. They’ve scored in 7 straight and BTTS bets are 6-1.
Joao Klauss leads the team in goals and has 1+ shot on target in 10 straight and 14/15.
San Jose may just make the playoffs but they are limping to the finish line wiht 2 wins in 12 and recent losses of 3-1 and 4-2.
Quakes ‘games are always high-scoring, with the BTTS is 15-0. BTTS & Over 2.5 is 12-3 in that time.
In May, St. Louis won 2-1 at home. In their short history, St. Louis is a perfect 5-0-0, with other wins of 2-1, 2-0, 2-1 and 2-0.
- MLS Picks Today: Both to Score & Over 2.5
LA vs Cincinnati Prediction
LA went down to Seattle 2-0 last week but stormed back to draw 2-2.
LA are 8-5-6 in their last 19 and in all comps they’ve scored in 19/23 and scored multiple goals in 9/15. But defensively, they’ve conceded in 31/35 overall games this season.
In their last 16 games, the only team they’ve not scored on is Seattle (twice).
Cincy are just 2 points back of first place Philly in the East. Cincy had lost 4/5 and two each by 1-0 scores, but got back in the Win Column last week 2-1 over Nashville. While the ofense has cooled off, everyone scores on LA.
- MLS Picks Today: Cincinnati to score
- Parlay Picks: SJ vs STL btts & over 2.5 / CIN to score (-109)
