NFL Week 14 Picks and Parlays

With division and playoff races heating up, we’ve reached NFL Week 14. Below we’ll focus on 4 different games to include in this weekend’s NFL predictions, picks and parlays. We’ve constructed some same-game parlays at Bet365 to include into one big parlay below.

Panthers vs Eagles Prediction

Since dropping their 4th straight loss to the Broncos, the Panthers have improved beating the Saints 23-22, the Giants 20-17 (OT), losing to the Chiefs 30-27 and then losing to the Bucs 26-23 (OT). Improved … at least offensively. They’re still 3-9 SU overall.

The Eagles are rolling at 10-2. They just had a big win over Baltimore 24-19, have won 8 straight and have won those games by 4, 25, 20, 5, 28, 8, 17 and 5 points.

Nobody has given up more rushing yards per game than Carolina ranking 32nd, giving up 166.8 YPG.

Nobody has rushed more than Philly, ranking 1st, averaging 188.9 YPG. And no one player has rushed more than Philly RB Saquon Barkley, who’s rushed for 1.499 yards this season. He’s only finished below 50 yards once this season and his last 3 games have seen him finish with 107, 255 and 146 yards.

Browns vs Steelers Prediction

The Browns just let Denver put up 41 on them on Monday losing 41-32 so come in off a short week. It was the full Jameis Winston experience as he threw for 497 yards and 4 TDs, but also threw 3 INTs.

Pittsburg played in a shootout of their own beating the Bengals 44-38, are 9-3 overall and have just 1 loss in 7.

These teams just played two games back and Cleveland won 24-19, that being Pittsburg’s 1 loss.

Chris Boswell was 3-4 last week in kicking and is 34-27 this season. In the last game versus the Browns, he was 2-3.

Only once did he not kick a FG and in that game he didn’t attempt a kick. In the 11 games where he has attempted a kick, he’s attempted multiple kicks in 9 of them and made multiple kicks 8 times.

In our same-game parlay, we’ll ask for the Steelers FG and George Pickens to have at least 2 catches. He’s done so in all 12 games. He’s had 3+ in 11/12 and 4+ in 8/12.

You could also include Browns’ WR Jerry Jeudy in this SGP for receptions too. Since Winston took over at QB, Jeudy has been targeted 8, 11, 11, 6 and 13 times, for catch totals of 5, 7, 6, 6 and 9.

To take this further, other Browns’ receivers have been piling up the catches during this time as well. Elijah Moore has catch totals of 8, 3, 6, 3 and 8 and David Njoku has 5, 5, 9, 1 and 9.

The Browns are also 4-1 to the Over since Jameis took over. In fact, in an odd stat, add up the Winston passing yards and interception return yards vs Denver and there has never been a higher total of yards atrributed to one QB.

  • NFL Predictions: Steelers Over 0.5 FGs + George Pickens 2+ and Jeudy 2+ Receptions

Chargers vs Chiefs Prediction

Two mediocre offenses meet here with the Chargers 18th averaging 21.7 PPG and KC 11th ranking 24.1.

These are two above average defenses with the Chargers ranking 1st giving up just 15.7 PPG and KC 8th giving up 19.6.

LA has gone 8-4 to the Under, the 2nd-most Unders for any team and KC is an equal 6-6.

The KC offense has struggled all season.

The defense, while a strength, since Jaylen Watson got injured the pass defense has suffered.

LA is out their top running back with JK Dobbins on the IR and top WR Ladd McConkey questionable with knee and shoulder issues. Without him, or with a limited McConkey, the Chargers’ offense could struggle even more than usual.

Last week McConkey had 117 of Herbert’s 147 passing yards.

Bengals vs Cowboys Prediction

Cincy has gone 9-3 to the Over and Dallas 8-4.

That factors in 2 teams that are both awful defensively.

The Bengals are 5th in PPG scoring 27.9, but are 31st on defense, giving up 28.3 PPG.

The Cowboys are just as bad, in fact, the same, also giving up 28.3 PPG. Their offense is mid-pack, 21st scoring just 20.7 PPG.

Obvously with Dak Prescott out the offense has stalled, but has improved under Cooper Rush in recent games as they’ve won 34-26 over the Commanders and 27-20 over the Giants. Rush isn’t throwing a ton of TDS, just 5, but he’s also only thrown 2 INTs. He’s 4-1 in TD/INT ration in his last 4 games.

CeeDee Lamb is questionable with injury but says he should be good to play on MNF.

Joe Burrow has had an incredible year with 30 TDs to just 5 INTs. He leads the league in passing yards and TDs. Only 3 other QBs in history (Brady, Rodgers, Mahomes) have put up that many TDs in the opening 12 games ever.

That’s the good. The bad is the defense. The’ve lost 3 straight now and by scores of 44-38, 34-27 and 35-34. They’ve now become the 1st team ever to lose 4 or more games when scoring 33+ points in a game. Ouch.

This season, teams that have scored 30+ points are 79-8 SU, but Cincy owns 4 of those 8 losses.

  • NFL Predictions: Both Teams to Score Over 1.5 TDs (-260)
  • Parlay Picks: PHI -2.5 + Barkley 60+ rush yards / PIT over 0.5 FGs + Pickens 2+ and Jeudy 2+ receptions / LAC vs KC under 55.5 / CIN vs DAL both over 1.5 TDs (+124)
