There’s plenty of soccer action on this long weekend and today we break down 10 different games in our soccer picks today across the EPL, Bundesliga, La Liga and Serie A.

Crystal Palace vs Bournemouth Prediction
Both played during the week. Bournemouth rounded out the last Matchday playing Monday and beating Fulham 1—0. They scored early in the 1st minute but weren’t really the better team as Fulham had 7 shots on target to their 3 and 59% possession.
That was their first win in 5 games and their first clean sheet in 9 games. They had actually given up 2 goals in 5 straight before the Fulham game. The BTTS had also been on a 7-0. Meanwhile, the Cherries have scored in 8 straight themselves.
In all comps Palace had gone 6-1-0, but have now suffered back-to-back humiliating losses losing 5-2 to Man City last week and then 5-0 to Newcastle on Wednesday. They’ll have 2 days less rest which won’t help here. Both of those games are on the road and they’ll return home on Saturday. Shipping 10 goals in 2 games is brutal but they’ve still only lost 4 times in 19 games and had scored in 17 straight prior to Wednesday.
Bournemouth is undefeated in 3 vs Palace winning 2-0 an 1-0 last year and they drew 0-0 this season. This time I see a BTTS, Palace win or just Palace scoring to kick off this parlay.

Aston Villa vs Newcastle Prediction
This should be the game of the weekend between 2 teams in flying form with 7th Aston Villa (54 pts) hosting 3rd Newcastle (59 pts) and both fighting for top 5 Champions League places.
Villa will be disappointed to have gone out of the UCL this week but they gave PSG all they could handle in their Leg 2 Quarterfinal game on Tuesday. Villa got the 3-2 win but couple with a Leg 1 3-1 loss it wasn’t enough.
But that Leg 1 loss to PSG is their only defeat in any comp in 10 games where they’re 9–0-1 and have outscored opponents 24-7, and 3/7 came in the PSG loss. They’ve scored multiple goals now in 8/10 as well.
Newcastle will have one fewer day of rest as they were the only EPL game on Wednesday. They routed Crystal Palace 5-0 which saw 4 different players score plus an own goal.
It’s now 6 straight wins for the Magpies where they’ve outscored opponents 17-3. They too have scored multiple goals in 5 straight and 9 in their past 2.
Newcastle won 3-0 earlier this season and other scores have been 3-1, 5-1 Newcastle last year, plus 3-0 Villa and 4-0 Newcastle the year prior.
This one too should see goals but I don’t know how to split them. BTTS, BTTS & Over 2.5 or Draw.

RB Leipzig vs Holstein Kiel Prediction
Leipzig are 4th and can still move to 3rd and are off 3-1 and 3-2 wins. They’re 8-4-2 at home outscoring opponents 27-16.
Kiel sit 20th and have shipped 70 goals. They have scored 40, which is more than 6 other teams and is tied with 6th place Frieburg’s goal output.
Kiel scored in 14/16 but have conceded in 19/20 In fact they’ve allowed 2 or more in 25/29 Bundesliga games. Only once, vs Union, the team whose games see the 2nd lowest GPG have their been under 2 goals in their past 20. That was a 1-0 win over Union Berlin, their only win in 13. Considering RBL have the most clean sheets (14) in the Bundesliga, perhaps Kiel will struggle even more here to even score.
Leipzig won in December 2-0 and I’d expect them to win again and probably to score 2-3 goals this time too. RBL will be without 9-goal man Xavi Simons who’s suspended with yellow card accumulation.

Barcelona vs Celta Vigo Prediction
All the talk will be of Barcelona chasing the title but Celta are quietly in good form themselves at 12-7-12 and 7th chasing a top 6 spot 5 points back of Betis.
Celta saw an 8-match undefeated streak end last week losing 2-0 a home to Espanyol. It was the first game they failed to score in 15. Certainly there is a good case for the BTTS & Over 2.5 here.
In November they drew 2-2 at Celta and this matchup usually sees goals with Barca winning 2-1 and 3-2 last year and other scores of 2-1, 1-0, 3-1, 3-3, 2-1, 3-0, 2-2 and 4-1.
Barca are through to the UCL semis, but saw their 24-match undefeated streak end too this week as they lost 3-1 to Dortmund. However, already being up 4-0 from Leg 1, it’s hard to fully judge that loss as they didn’t need to win.
Returning to form at home before a huge upcoming El Clasico will be top of mind this weekend.

Monza vs Napoli Prediction
It’s 2nd Napoli at 20-8-4 with 68 points travelling to 20th Monza, 2-9-21 with 21 points.
Napoli won 2-0 in September and should win again knowing they need to keep pace with Inter, being 3 points back in the title race. They have some defensive injuries with Jesus and Buongiorno, but get back Anguissa and captain Di Lorenzo from suspensions.
Napoli won last week 3-0 and have lost just once in 17, but they’ve also drawn 6/10 and have failed to win any of their past 5 road games.
If ever there was a spot to change that it’s here vs Monza who are winless in 12, have given up multiple goals in 8/12 and have 1 win 25.

Werder Bremen vs Bochum Prediction
Werder are suddenly making a push for European spots in 9th and just 3 points back of 6th and 4 back of 5th. It’s 3 straight wins, wins in 4/5 and 2+ goals scored in 5 straight.
Bochum can likely at best hope for a relegation playoff spot sitting 17th and 2 back of 16th Heidenheim.
Werder aren’t a great home team at 4-4-6, but then Bochum are 2-2-10 on the road. Bochum’s last 4 games have been all losses of 3-1, 3-1, 4-0 and 2-1.
Werder only won 1-0 in December but is 4-1-0 scoring in all 5 since Bochum came back up.

Las Palmas vs Atletico Madrid Prediction
Atleti are likely to finish 3rd. 6 above 4th but only 3 back of Real Madrid for 2nd which surely gives them some motivation.
But Las Palmas should arguably be more motivated for this one as they’’re 18th, but just 1 point back of 17th Alaves which would mean safety. They scored 3 times to win 3-1 away to Getafe last week but that snapped an awful streak of 13 games without a win in all comps. Not once during that time did they keep a clean sheet. They have scored though in 11/13 only failing away to Betis and home to Barca.
Las Palmas aren’t great at home at 3-5-7 but have scored 18 times. Atleti won 2-0 this season in Madrid and 5-0 the game prior also in Madrid. But the last time they met in the Canary Islands it was 2-1 Las Palmas.
The expectation is surely that Atleti wins here but a price of -110 for the BTTS also looks tempting. Even against the league’s worst team and at home, Atleti conceded twice against Valladolid winning 4-2 last week. They’re just 3-1-4 in 8 and have conceded in 7/8.
BTTS bets have also cashed in 5 straight road Atleti games plus in 7/8.

Sunday at 9, 1015, 1130 in the EPL and La Liga.
Man U vs Wolves Prediction
Both teams should be full of confidence but for different reasons. Man U have been awful in the EPL and sit 14th. But after Thursday’s wild 5-4 extra-win with Harry McGuire scoring the winning late in second half extra time in the UEL, Man U are into the semis and still the only undefeated team in the tournament.
That’s the good. The bad, is they could be exhausted. And they had failed to win any of their previous 4 games and have conceded in 4/5 and 13/15. But have scored in 10/12 and in 6/7 at Old Trafford.
Wolves meanwhile, are just 16th, but only 2 points back of Man U and could jump them with a win. Their past 5 games have been 4-2, 2-1, 1-0 and 2-1 wins, plus a 1-1 draw. Wolves have found the scoresheet in 11 straight but have conceded in 7/9. Jorgen Strand Larsen has been on fire for Wolves with goals in 4 straight games and 5 total. He’s put up 11 shot attempts and 7 on target in those 4 games.
Wolves did win 2-0 in the Midlands in December. The game prior was a wild 4-3 Man U last February.

Villarreal vs Real Sociedad Prediction
Only Barcelona games have seen more GPG than Villarreal’s who average 3.1. They’re 19-11 to Over 2.5 and 26-4 to Over 1.5.
They beat the previously on fire Betis last week 2-1 and are 7-4-3 since December 18. Only twice in 11 have they not scored and only once (last home game vs Bilbao) have they not scored in 22 home games.
Overall Sociedad’s games are much lower-scoring. They see just 2.1 GPG in their matches and are only 20-11 to Over 1.5, though that is still a lot. This matchup was also tight in January being only 1-0 for Sociedad at home.
But Sociedad games have opened up a bit lately where they are 2-2-1 with a 2-2 draw, 2-1 win 4-4 draw, 3-1 win and 2-0 loss last week to Mallorca.

Leicester vs Liverpool Prediction
Liverpool good. Close to wrapping up the title. Leicester bad. Close to wrapping up a relegation spot.
Last week Leicester drew Brighton 2-2, snapping a run of 9 straight losses. In that time they’ve allowed multiple goals in 4 straight and in 9/10. Ouch.
Liverpool beat West Ham 2-1, the vibes are good after signing Salah and Van Djik to new contracts and the already beat the Foxes 3-1 this season.
